NSA Scotland – Legalities of Sheep Worrying by Dogs Webinar

NSA Scottish Region is pleased to host a webinar on Wednesday 5th April at 7pm which will look at the recently strengthened laws in Scotland surrounding sheep worrying by dogs and also the recently completed NSA Survey detailing occurrences.
Join NSA Scottish Region Chair Peter Myles, Ramsay Hall, Senior Associate, Brodies LLP Solicitors and PC Mike Urquhart, North East Crime Reduction Officer who will all be discussing this most serious topic whilst providing guidance on what sheep farmers and crofters can do when incidents occur. Hear about the penalties that can be imposed alongside the powers of investigation in Scotland coupled with a summary of recent cases and noteworthy trends regarding fines. This webinar is open to all members of NSA and the wider Scottish sheep industry.
